LYNCH, Margaret E. "Peggy" (Neely). In Dorchester, January 2nd.

Beloved wife of John J. "Jack" Lynch Jr.

Sister of the late James and Thomas Neely.

Loving aunt of Richard Neely, Susanne Cooper, and Alyssa Lee Neely.

Survived by many grandnieces and grandnephews.

Visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, Monday morning, January 9th at 9 A.M.

Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Margaret Church of St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish, 800 Columbia Rd., Dorchester, at 11 A.M.

Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.

Relatives and friends invited.

Peggy received her Associate's Degree in 1947.

She worked as a valued secretary for ADT Security for 7 years.

She then transferred to the Comm. of Mass. Division of Youth Services where she worked for 14 years.

She then moved on to the Massachusetts Senate to serve as chief secretary for Senator Louis Bertonazzi until retiring in 1997.

Peggy's friendship was valued by all who knew her. She was open to the views of all who trusted her confidentiality. Above all, she was honest and loyal.
