O'HALLORAN, James E. In Milton, formerly of Weymouth, South Boston, and Waltham, August 9th.
Beloved husband of Mary E. (Dowd) Hoey.
Loving father of Michael P. O'Halloran his wife Mary T. McCarthy of Dorchester and Brian T. and his wife Jean O'Halloran of Cohasset.
Brother of Jack and his wife Ann O'Halloran of Waltham.
Devoted grandfather of Jack, Desmond, Molly, Sean, Abigail, and Samuel O'Halloran.
Uncle of Timothy O'Halloran.
Visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, Monday 4-8 P.M.
Funeral Mass in St. Margaret Church of Blessed Mother Teresa Parish, Tuesday morning, August 16, at 9:30 A.M.
Relatives and friends invited.
Veteran U.S. Army.
Jim was a retired printer for the Boston Herald, was active in the typographical union and the labor guild, and was a graduate of the UMass Boston Labor Studies Program.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim's memory may be made to the B.Fit Program at the Boston Home, 2049 Dorchester Ave., Dorchester, MA 02124.
Interment private.
