JOYCE, Patrick J. In South Boston, formerly of Dorchester, died May 29, 2021.

Beloved son of the late Patrick L. Joyce and Bridie (Lydon) Joyce.

Loving brother of Mark and his wife Marion Joyce of Scituate, Michael and his wife Jeannie Joyce of South Boston, Francis and his wife Leanne Joyce of Bridgewater, Patricia and her husband Kenneth Sprague of Hanover, and the late Mary Pringle.

Survived by many nieces and nephews, and the late Ethan Pringle.

Longtime companion of Michelle Baldwin of South Boston.

Family and friends will honor and remember Pat's life by gathering for a Memorial Mass in St. Margaret Church of St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish, 800 Columbia Road, Dorchester, on Monday morning, June 7th, at 10 A.M.

Interment will be private.

REQUEST TO ALL THAT KNEW AND CARED ABOUT PAT... I respectfully ask that anyone who has any funny or tender memories of your time with Pat to please post them here so we all can be fortunate enough to share in those memories... it will help us all to carry through this very difficult loss and look back fondly on Pat... we all knew that Pat was big in stature, but he had even a BIGGER heart, and a larger than life personality... a TRUE Dorchester original... never to be forgotten by those who loved and cared for him. My brother Patrick... I will miss you for the rest of my life... you left a huge void in a lot of people's hearts... one could not have asked for a more loyal and loving friend!
